I’ve had a wonderful time watching what I’ve come to know as the “WOW Factor.” It’s the look on the faces of customers as they see the store for the first time. Most people can’t believe what we’ve been able to do in the months since the business was lost to fire.

Please know that I make that statement with great humility because there is no way I could have achieved anything on my own. I owe more than I can say to my faith in God, my family, my generous business associates, my personal friends and my employees. Together, we built a Hartford House I never imagined when we first opened our doors in 1988.

As we look toward a new year, we have great plans for Hartford House. In 2008, we will celebrate our 20th anniversary. As we plan for the celebration, we want to know what you’d like to see at Hartford House in the coming months.
